Spectral MD Inc.’s DeepView® Wound Imaging System (“DeepView®”) is an advanced medical device that uses a digital approach to deliver images of blood flow under the skin's surface to look deep into the body without ever touching the patient. Our mission is to provide physicians with the ability to accurately assess perfusion and wound healing potential for patients suffering from burn wounds and peripheral artery disease. Position Overview:
Spectral MD, Inc. is seeking a creative and unique Marketing Associate experienced in paid marketing channels, email marketing and website management. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our marketing communication and campaign projects for our growing and innovative company. This position will report directly to the Director of Corporate and Business Development.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Grow SMD's brand awareness and presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other strategically relevant online properties

Manages daily posting and presence on social media platforms while using analytics to track performance and maintain an effective digital strategy

Amplify company content and engaging with the online community

Assist with content creation and website posting and SEO strategy
-
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications, attending webinars and outside events

Manage email platform through updating contacts, creating automated workflows, growing email lists and strategizing for new and effective email techniques and best practices
-
Assist with event support for the Global Best Practices conference including ownership and execution of event sponsorship program, logistics and execution

Coordinate with Human Resources to develop and execute employer branding initiatives on company website, job boards, and social media

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
-
Experience in healthcare industry, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Deep understanding of paid marketing channels, technologies, top social media platforms, their features, functions, and application to B2B marketing
-
Comprehensive knowledge of email marketing for B2B and keeping up with the changing landscape of the medium

Familiarity with Wix website management

Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis

Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-
Strong business acumen and ability to present to senior management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
